Running a successful jewelry store is exciting and demanding. Pleasing customers by staying one step ahead of the competition is always a challenge. Each piece has to be “You-nique” and bring something fresh to the market in order to sustain the interest of a high-quality customer base.

Jewelry clients are very particular and have eclectic tastes ranging from Indie, BoHo, finesse, and vintage, just to name a few. Jewelers must be very skilled and continually able to think of new designs and then bring them to life. In our very competitive market, however, a good design is not enough. It takes a lot of skill, attention to detail, and most importantly, imaginative and state-of-the-art marketing to be successful.

Catalogs are essential tools in marketing to a large customer base. We would like to give special recognition to four of our customers who have created amazing catalogs using our app.

1. What do you need catalogs for? (Wholesale clients, trade fairs, exhibitions, new collections, etc.)

We use line sheets primarily to send to our wholesale customers, and also at trade fairs and events to promote our online business. Whenever we create a new collection we can easily add it to our existing line sheet using Now in Store.

2. How often do you create catalogs? (Once a year, every 6 months, etc..)

We update our line sheets every 2-3 months

Lauren Milmine – Handcrafted Jewelry

Lauren Milmine Designs is a collection of distinctive and noteworthy accessories handcrafted in Savannah, Georgia. Born and raised in the south, Lauren creates contemporary designs influenced by her world travels, the fundamentals of interior design, and her coastal surroundings. Her unique design techniques transform vintage and organic elements into avant-garde, yet timeless, gems. Sourced from the highest quality, authentic materials, each piece is a one-of-a-kind, wearable treasure.

1. What do you need catalogs for? (Wholesale clients, trade fairs, exhibitions, new collections, etc.)

I create wholesale line sheets and catalogs and sometimes use it to make a small Look-book to market to retailers

2. How often do you create catalogs? (Once a year, every 6 months, etc..)

I create line sheets twice a year and Look-books about every quarter or more.

Oriana Lamarca – Beauty & Bracelets

Oriana Lamarca’s passion for handcrafting jewelry sparked from a desire to have one-of-a-kind bracelets and necklaces that accentuated her wardrobe and reflected her style. With a background in international business and a love for different cultures, Oriana drew inspiration from her time living and traveling in Europe. The accessories featured an array of semi-precious gemstones and unique color combinations. Friends, colleagues, and industry leaders quickly fell in love with her creations. After multiple requests, she launched her Oriana Lamarca line in 2011. Her bracelets are now seen on socialites and celebrities, such as Teresa Giudice of Bravo’s hit series: The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

We use catalogs for line sheets and to create Look-books.

2. How often do you create catalogs? (Once a year, every 6 months, etc..)

We create once or twice a month.

Anne Vaughan – Original Jewelry

Innovative color collage bracelets, earrings and necklaces for women designed in layered collections. Artisan-crafted in a small town studio in the USA.

1. What do you need catalogs for? (Wholesale clients, trade fairs, exhibitions, new collections, etc.)

We primarily use the catalogs for our seasonal collections for our wholesale customers and stores based across the USA – they find it very easy to flip through the catalog, and we also PDF it for them to download on their tablet.

2. How often do you create catalogs? (Once a year, every 6 months, etc..)

We typically create a catalog for spring and summer, and one for fall and winter, with constant updates throughout the year.
